Southgate apartments is by far the best apartment community we ever lived in, and we lived in several in two different states. From its front office, to the maintenance department and finally the amenities, simply the best. A special shout out to the maintenance department. Quick response and and always effective. I definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone!

I lived here for a little over a year and it was amazing. I only moved out because me and my boyfriend were moving in together and we needed a bigger place. Although, I truly wish we had stayed here. Everyone in the office was so friendly and communicative. Maintenance always responded fast to requests, sometimes even arriving the same day. The pool was usually nice and quiet. The community itself was also quiet and calm. Truly the best apartment experience I have ever had.

Everyone is really nice and takes good care of our apartments and the entire community. I have lived here a long time and really love it. They take care of our pets too! Today my beloved Ruby took off for a little fun then got scared. They shared it on their private chat and all available team members helped until we were reunited. They have our backs and our pets too! Thank you Southgate Team for all that you do!

The property is gorgeous and the staff are awesome! I have always been greeted with smiles when I walk in. If you are looking for somewhere to rent in Greenville, go see Brooke and the staff and they will help you out!
