All the ladies I've come across at the leasing office are absolutely amazing, and incredibly helpful and understanding! Out of fear of forgetting a name, I won't list them, but please know that whoever you come across will be a pleasure to work with. The community activities are constant and the food truck Fridays are plentiful. Quiet community with friendly people. Maintenance is quick with responses. I don't have a single complaint. Just moved from out of state and the management office took many steps to make the on boarding process simple, complete, and efficient. This place is as advertised. Quiet and calm, with familiar home fixtures that feel right at home. Very happy with our choice to live here as we transition to Greenville!

I lived here for a little over a year and it was amazing. I only moved out because me and my boyfriend were moving in together and we needed a bigger place. Although, I truly wish we had stayed here. Everyone in the office was so friendly and communicative. Maintenance always responded fast to requests, sometimes even arriving the same day. The pool was usually nice and quiet. The community itself was also quiet and calm. Truly the best apartment experience I have ever had.
