Pet-Friendly Apartments in Greenville, NC

I highly recommend! The staff are super friendly and helpful, any questions or issues you may have they are always eager to help! Maintenance is great and will help in anyway possible. The gym is amazing, and has everything you could need in a gym, not to mention the awesome pool view from the windows. My apartment also comes with a fire place which added on an extra homey touch to these already great apartments. Thanks Southgate!

I’ve been living here for two years now and the process was very easy . The management team are very attentive when it comes to residence needs. We looked at a lot of places and for the money we thought Southgate was the best for us. Their maintenance dept is second to none. Very experienced staff. You may want to consider Southgate when you are looking for a place to live in the future . We could not be more happier which Southgate apartments.

I love this place, apartments are well kept they are very roomy with fireplaces, nice upgraded appliances, wood floors, new cabinets and very pet friendly. The pool area with grills is a great place to be in the summer! The grounds are very well maintained & the staff here is awesome, maintenance is very prompt. I have been here a year and do not plan on going anywhere. The location is very convenient to shopping centers, restaurants, hospital, grocery stores etc...

Great community. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and professional. Grounds are very neat. Someone checks the grounds constantly. Neighbor has a little noise with music but no big deal. I would Southgate Apartments.

I absolutely love my apartment complex! They are extremely fast with maintenance, always same day! The maintenance guys are very friendly and courteous. The surroundings are kept very clean and groomed. It's an extremely quiet complex. When ever there is any issues brought to managements attention they are really fast at notifying tenants and telling them what actions are being taken to rectify the potential problem. They are constantly improving the property. Love this complex.

5 Star Review: Southgate is a wonderful pet friendly community, and maintenance does a great job being quick and tidy if there is an issue. They’ve recently resealed the parking lots and they look great. Our mailbox was blown over during the hurricane, but Southgate got a new one up ASAP and we were able to get our mail from the leasing office, where every one is always friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoy living here!
